Government (Period 6)

The purpose of this class is to give students an understanding of the structure and functions of the U.S. Government at the federal, state, and local level. There will be a major emphasis on the three branches of government at the federal level, as well as a working knowledge of the U.S. Constitution. Students will explore the formation of America, and significant individuals, events, and locations in American Government.
