Algebra II (Period 5)
Course Description
Algebra II provides a review and extension of the concepts taught in Algebra I. Topics we will cover include but are not limited to:
- equations and inequalities
- coordinates and graphs
- general functions
- polynomial and rational functions
- exponential and logarithmic functions
- systems of equations and inequalities
- sequences and series
- trigonometric functions of angles and of real numbers
Throughout this course, students will develop learning strategies, critical thinking skills, and problem solving techniques to prepare for future math courses and college entrance exams.
