Creating informative presentations and presenting them orally using notes and proper techniques
Use of personal information management such as email, internet, writing, presentations, spreadsheets and databases
Understanding laws regarding use of technology: such as First Amendment, Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Freedom of Information Act, and liability laws
Understand copyright and fair use
Interpersonal communications skills
