Social Studies

Welcome to the West Orange-Stark High School Social Studies homepage.  The department consists of five full-time teachers who are certified to teach the following subjects: World Geography, World History, U.S. History, Government and Economics. Each department member has posted a class syllabus on his or her staff page along with tutorial times, conference period, email and a phone number.  Please feel free to contact us at any time should you have a question about your child. Our goal is to have each student fulfill his or her full potential in order to be successful after graduation, and in the pursuit of higher education or entry into the workforce.  We are proud of our students and work diligently to improve instruction and student mastery of each subject taught.  We invite parent visits and encourage parents and students to keep abreast of their progress using the Skyward system.
